Robert joined McGuire and Hester in 1989 after spending five valuable years working for a Big 5 accounting firm. Within a year, he was promoted to chief financial officer and joined the management team that transformed our company’s operations into a position of steady annual growth and financial strength. In 2003, Robert engineered the transition of McGuire and Hester from a family owned business to an employee-owned company. Today, he continues to enhance the company’s operational efficiencies through real estate acquisitions, investments, marketing and strategic planning.
