Andrew's journey in construction began during his high school and college years, where he worked as a Carpenter, sparking his passion for the field. He earned a Civil Engineering degree from Santa Clara University in 1988 and gained valuable experience with a leading company, specializing in heavy-civil concrete projects like bridges and treatment plants. Progressing from project engineer to senior project manager and estimator, Andrew eventually founded his own successful Structural Concrete Construction company, which he led for 17 years.
Andrew later served as the president of Casey-Fogli Concrete Contractors, a prestigious company with a century-long history in concrete contracting. During his tenure, he implemented strategic initiatives that strengthened the company's standing within the industry. In 2024, Andrew orchestrated the merger of Casey-Fogli Concrete Contractors with McGuire and Hester, marking a significant milestone in the development of both organizations under his guidance.
