Her guiding belief is that everyone is unique, and with a little bit of encouragement and the right opportunity, people can do amazing things that will surprise even them.
In addition, she loves helping people align their values and passions with their work, exemplified in the growth and development programs she builds to engage, train, and coach people. In addition to rolling up her sleeves in service to many non-profit causes, Zeydi excels at bringing people of different backgrounds together to create programs to serve the community while promoting inclusivity and diversity.
Her biggest lesson learned is always to be yourself, and when asked what her most significant accomplishment is, she stated, “My children. They are first-generation Americans, and it fills me with pride and hope knowing that this is a country where dreams become a reality.”
