McGuire and Hester contracted with Turner construction to perform general sitework, including: excavation, removal & disposal of contaminated soil, sludge & water, utility locating, backfill & geotextile, grinding, drainage pipes, drainage structures, water distribution, pavement base course, bitumunous pavement, Portland cement concrete pavement, pavement markings, chain link fence & gates, and painting.
Work also included underground work such as: fueling system protective coatings, mechanical work, installation of pipe & fittings, valves, valve pits, and inspection, testing & flushing.
