The initial project Scope included replacement of 5,000 LF of 8” and 10” water main, 110 water service laterals, 234,000 SF of full depth reclamation, 5,500 tons of AC, realignment of an intersection and installation of a new traffic signal.

During the project, it was determined that the sewer within the street area to be rehabilitated was failing. The project team delivered a design/build solution to remove and replace 3,500 LF of 8” to 18” SS main and 67 SS service laterals and cleanouts. The change was designed, negotiated, accepted, and constructed during the course of the other ongoing work.
