McGuire and Hester was contracted by the City of Oakland to perform all street-scape work for this public square. Work performed consists, in general, of street-scape improvements, plaza improvements, and roadway realignment. Crews also performed specialty plaza paving, installation of rain gardens, fountain mechanical system, and historical fountain conservation and restoration.
